How to Schedule an Appointment

  1. Visit our online scheduling system, Navigate. For convenience, download the app!
  2. Log onto the system using your NetID and password.
  3. On the main menu, click "Appointments."  If you're using the app, it's a purple circle near the top of the page.
  4. Click on the BLUE BOX that says "Get Advising or Tutoring."  If you're using the app, its the blue bar at the bottom of the screen.
  5. Follow the prompts on the screen to schedule your appointment.
  6. When you get to the confirmation page, please use the "Would you like to share anything else?" section on the bottom of the screen to let your tutor know what you would like to work on during your appointment. Then, click the "Schedule" button to confirm your appointment. 

By default, all tutoring appointments are one-time appointments. We highly recommend that you fill out our Google form to request your appointment be made into a weekly meeting. The link to the Google form will be provided in your appointment confirmation email from Navigate.

For the fall 2024 semester, the schedule will open on Tuesday, September 3rd at 9:30am.
