Women in Energy NYC – A New York Energy Update and C3E MeetUp
Wednesday, April 20, 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm

C3E MeetUp Moderator and Keynote

The MeetUp offers a unique opportunity to learn more about the Clean Energy Education and Empowerment Initiative (C3E) that brings together women working in the energy sector to help close the gender gap and increase women’s participation and leadership in the field. C3E was launched under the auspices of the Clean Energy Ministerial in 2010 and is led by the US Department of Energy. In addition to support offered through the C3E network, it has an annual mid-career awards program, and senior leaders in the clean energy field serve as C3E Ambassadors.

The MeetUp will begin with a panel discussion with C3E Ambassadors, followed by Keynote Speaker Janet Joseph, the Vice President for Innovation and Strategy at NYSERDA. There will be ample time for networking and information-sharing, including how you can get involved in C3E.

Open to all. Please share this through your networks. There is no charge for the MeetUp. Use Priority Code C3E2016 when registering.

C3E Presenters: To be announced.
