Research & Innovation
The Research and Innovation Task Force is identifying new opportunities for growth, more effective alignment of resources, and new ways to encourage interdisciplinary collaboration and innovation. Initiatives include enhancing research productivity and effectiveness, leveraging existing research infrastructure, facilitating researcher success, and strategic growth that will respond to new funding opportunities. Expanding our research portfolio represents a tremendous academic and economic opportunity and is crucial for SBU’s continued participation in the AAU.
