Victor Mullin

Victor MullinVictor Mullin is the current President at New York Transco.

Victor began his career as an Engineer at GE from August 1978 to February 1982. In February 1987 he worked as a Section Manager systems Engineer at Con Edison until January 1990. Victor went on to become a Site Engineer at Con Edison from January 1990 until November 1999, when he was promoted to the position of Site Engineering Manager. Victor's role as a Site Engineering Manager changed again when he was promoted to Project Manager in September 2001.

Victor remained a Project Manager until January 2005, when he was promoted again to Con Edison's Chief Gas Transmission Engineer. Victor continued to rise through the ranks of Con Edison, going on to become the Chief Civil/Mechanical Engineer in October 2008 and the Chief Engineer of Con Edison Transmission in April of 2017. Finally, Victor became President at New York Transco, a position he has held since April 2020.

Victor Mullin has a Masters in Management from Pace University - Lubin School of Business, a BS in Nuclear Engineering from Suny Maritime, an Executive Program from University of Michigan, and a Bachelors from State University of New York Maritime College.
