Jeff Hammond

Mr. Jeff Hammond was named Chief Operating Officer of Star Group L.P. on April 1st, 2019. Throughout his career he has held various senior level leadership positions for Star Group.  From May, 2014 to March, 2019 he served as the Senior Vice President, Northern Operations.  From April, 2007 to May, 2014 Mr. Hammond served as Vice President, Northern Operations.  From 2006 to 2007 he served as the Director of Operations for Petro Holdings, Inc., a subsidiary of Star Group.  From 2004 to 2006, Mr. Hammond served as Director of Planning and Logistics for Petro Holdings, Inc.  From 2003 to 2004 he held a General Manager position for Petro Holdings, Inc.  Prior to joining Star Group in January, 2003, Mr. Hammond worked for United Parcel Service for 19 years.  While at UPS, he held various management positions in Operations and Industrial Engineering.

Mr. Hammond holds a B.A. in Agricultural Economics from Cornell University and an A.S. in Accounting from Nassau Community College.
